Rasapura Masters Reopens at Marina Bay Sands with Michelin-Recognised Brands

SINGAPORE, 26 November 2025 — Marina Bay Sands’ beloved food court, Rasapura Masters, has reopened with a striking new Garden City-inspired look and a refreshed line-up of culinary offerings, bringing together five Michelin-recognised brands alongside several first-time food court entrants. The result is the most extensive mix of local and international cuisines available anywhere in the integrated resort.

Officially reopened on 19 November 2025, the revitalised dining hall celebrates Singapore’s hawker heritage while elevating the food court experience through thoughtful design and a diverse, carefully curated vendor selection. Inspired by Singapore’s “city in a garden” ethos and MBS’s proximity to Gardens by the Bay, the new space features kinetic lighting, a ripple-pattern ceiling, and a panoramic LED wall that immerses diners in botanical visuals. More individual seating has been added to accommodate crowds during peak hours.

A Culinary Melting Pot for Millions of Visitors

Since Marina Bay Sands opened in 2010, the integrated resort has welcomed over 500 million visitors, many of whom have dined at Rasapura Masters. Its vast and varied footfall has long underscored the need for continual refreshment and expansion of food offerings.

The redesigned Rasapura Masters continues its mission to serve as Singapore’s culinary microcosm. The reopened food court now features five Michelin-recognised brands, including two making their debut in a food court setting — Da Shi Jia Big Prawn Mee and JC Seafood by Jiao Cai Seafood.

Michelin-Recognised Favourites Take Centre Stage

A highlight of the refreshed line-up is Da Shi Jia Big Prawn Mee (Stall 23), famed for its sea-caught prawns and rich prawn broth. Established in 2017, the brand has retained its Michelin Bib Gourmand title for five consecutive years. Beyond its signature prawn noodles, diners can expect crowd favourites such as Wok-Fried Big Prawn White Bee Hoon and Big Prawn Poached Rice.

Joining them is JC Seafood by Jiao Cai Seafood (Stall 18), known for its halal-friendly zi char dishes featuring the late founder’s legendary homemade sambal. Rooted in a 40-year family heritage that began in Singapore’s hawker scene, the brand brings smoky wok flavours and classic seafood staples to MBS for the first time.

Other Michelin-acclaimed stalls returning to Rasapura Masters include:

* Nana Curry (Stall 20) — a homemade curry icon and Bib Gourmand winner since 2016.
* Indian Express (Stall 2) — run by the team behind Song of India, the first Indian restaurant in Singapore and Southeast Asia to receive a Michelin star.
* Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang (Stall 1) — known for fusing Singaporean coconut rice with Lombok’s fiery Taliwang chicken.

Vibrant Mix of Local & International Favourites

The new vendor mix brings together Singapore’s most recognisable hawker traditions, Asian comfort foods, and modern international brands.

Returning favourites include:

* Kok Kee Wonton Noodle (Stall 15) — an iconic brand once beloved at Lavender Food Square.
* Thye Hong Singapore Fried Hokkien Mee (Stall 17) — still serving Hokkien mee on traditional opeh leaves.
* JINXI Fishball Noodles (Stall 16) — offering handmade fishball noodles inspired by Fujian and Cantonese traditions.
* Jia Jia Le Cuisine (Stall 24) — known for homestyle dishes such as mutton curry and Nyonya assam fish.

New entrants include:

* Ampang Yong Tau Foo & Odeon Beef Noodle (Stall 12)
* King Grouper Fish Soup (Stall 3)
* Ju Fu Bak Kut Teh (Stall 21) — specialising in Klang-style herbal broth

* Thai Dynasty (Stall 11)

For global flavours, diners can look forward to:

* Dingtele Shanghai Cuisine (Stall 6) — serving its signature pan-fried buns.
* Guan Chee Roasted Delight (Stall 13) — a Hong Kong-style roast meat veteran refined since 1983.
* Myeongdong Bunsik (Stall 4) — offering Korean street food staples like tteokbokki and jjajangmyeon.
* Pepper Lunch Express (Stall 14) — featuring sizzling teppan plates that heat to 260°C.
* Ali’s Grill Signature Western Cuisine (Stall 10) — with locally inspired Western favourites.

24-Hour Dining Options

For late-night diners, several stalls now operate 24/7, including:

* Zhen Neng Zhu Ban Mian
* Ampang Yong Tau Foo & Odeon Beef Noodle
* Ju Fu Bak Kut Teh
* JINXI Fishball Noodles
* Ju Bao Xuan Mala Hotpot

These round-the-clock choices reinforce Rasapura Masters’ status as the go-to dining spot for both early risers and late-night crowds.

Signature Desserts & Drinks

The revamped food court also introduces outlet-exclusive treats from Nine Fresh and R&B Tea, giving diners more options to complete their meals on a sweet note.

A Tribute to Singapore’s Hawker Roots

Operated by Koufu Group, Rasapura Masters was conceived as a tribute to Singapore’s early hawkers who once carried baskets of food on shoulder poles. Its refreshed look and broadened offerings honour that heritage while meeting the evolving tastes of today’s global visitors.

With a vibrant mix of Michelin-recognised brands, first-time entrants, heritage favourites, and global cuisines, the new Rasapura Masters reinforces Marina Bay Sands as one of Singapore’s premier food destinations — a place where locals and tourists alike can savour the richness of Asian and international flavours under one garden-inspired roof.
