Yellow Pot Little India
Chef Sebastian Goh has created Chinese with an innovative twist for both intimate gatherings and larger groups. Favourites include the signature BBQ Roast Duck, Fried Prawns with Bonito Aioli and the highly addictive Crispy Sichuan Chicken. These pair well with The Whiskey Library’s expertly-crafted drinks.
The Whiskey Library
The bar houses over 1000 bottles of rare and refined award-winning whiskeys from across the globe.
Yellow Pot Tanjong Pagar
The restaurant focuses on delivering traditional Chinese flavours with a modern twist. It features a striking palette of black, gold and yellow that designer Hempel has accorded to the rest of the hotel. The 50-seater is also cheekily embellished with yellow pots of various sizes and configurations.Yellow Pot follows a clean-eating philosophy – you won’t find MSG, additives or artificial flavourings in chef Sebastian Goh’s food. Roast duck is the mainstay. It is marinated for two days in a fermented beancurd paste and then roasted over hickory wood so the meat is aromatic and tender with a glistening layer of crispy skin.
An ode to Hempel, Anouska’s brings you her favourite drinks from around the world spanning the disco era of the 70s and 80s. You are in for an eccentric, elegant surprise when you enter the bar, which includes large golden fans and strong hues of black, gold and yellow, layered with Oriental screens and calligraphy wallpaper from Anouska’s personal collection. Bask in old-world charm while enjoying craft cocktails.
The restaurant at Maxwell Reserve is a take on classic Indian slow cooking of meats infused with aromatic Indian spices and with a twist of Western sensibility.
Garcha’s Polo Bar
This gorgeous equestrian and polo themed lounge within the ornate and luxurious interior of the Maxwell Reserve offers over a 1,000 bottles of thoughtfully-curated rare and refined award-winning spirits from around the world. The space is adorned with pictures, albums and trophies from Mr Garcha’s polo team victories.
Cook & Tras Brasserie
It is an all-day vibrant brasserie serving artisanal coffees and beers, salads and pastas, sandwiches, burgers and shakes as well as cakes and croissants. It has a strong underlying emphasis on health. It uses only the finest organic ingredients and features a take-away cafe style service with a full-service seated option.
