Executive Chef Nicky Ng has created a special Enhanced Weekend Brunch, which is available on June 15 and 16. You can also celebrate with an indulgent 5-course set menu that will be available throughout June.
Father’s Day Enhanced Weekend Brunch
Th enhanced brunch buffet will be available from 11.30am to 2.30pm on June 15 and 16. Priced at $78++ per pax, this weekend brunch features an exclusive dish, Seabass topped with red yeast & garlic in soya sauce.
There will also be infinite servings of over 50 different types of scrumptious Cantonese dim sum dishes, roasts, soups and desserts alongside Supreme Special Dishes such as Steamed bamboo clam with minced pork sauce, Lobster with minced pork & soya milk congee and Stir-fried abalone with asparagus in X.O. sauce.
Father’s Day 5-Course Menu
Available at $88++ per person, the masterfully curated 5-course menu starts with the Duo of Appetizers, featuring the Seaweed-coasted Crispy Prawn and the Orange & Sesame Barbeque Pork. This is followed by a heavenly broth of Miso “Bak Kut Teh”, a playful blend of miso, herbs and spices.
Also delight in Radish stuffed with Dried Scallop & King Oyster Mushroom with Sea Cucumber and the Homemade Preserved Fish Fried Rice. Finish the meal with the Dynasty Six-treasure Tea served with Walnut & Lotus Paste Cookie.
Raise a toast to your dad with the specially-curated The Patriarch ($18++). This smoky concoction is brought together with Alipus Mezcal, Cynar, Heering Cherry Brandy, Chocolate Bitters and Sugar Syrup by Head Bartender Azlam Kadir.
