Adda unveils new brunch menu

Chef Manjunath Mural has put together a new brunch menu to be served every weekend at his elevated modern Indian restaurant Adda on Beach Road in Singapore.

He is known for his excellence in creating dishes that are rooted in traditional flavours but with a modern twist.

In his new menu, the chef celebrates street food from the length and breadth of India.

Think Chole Bhature and Kachori from the back lanes of Delhi, Parathas from the gullies of Punjab, Dhoklas and Khandvis from Gujarat to elevated Uttapams from South India.

Manjunath takes the humble uttapam and elevates it by stuffing it with spiced chicken and spiced paneer for vegetarians.

Adda’s new brunch menu features waffles with Indian toppings, an Indian Fry Up with all the trimmings and Spiced scrambled eggs on toast.

Indian street food favourites find prime position in the new menu as well a full page dedicated to Chaupati Chaats.

Wash down all these yummy goodness with Adda Cocktails that celebrate Indian flavours or end your meal with a cooling Meetha Pan Ice Cream or a creamy Saffron Malphua Rabdi.

Adda serves brunch every Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 3 pm. Reserve now on https://thespiceadda.com/reservations/ or at 89223679.
