Singapore, August 6, 2025 — Singapore-based wellness innovation brand MEURAKI has officially launched, introducing a bold, gamified vision for holistic well-being that bridges technology, mindfulness, and community engagement.
Inspired by the Eight Dimensions of Wellness — Mental, Emotional, Physical, Social, Financial, Occupational, Spiritual, and Environmental — MEURAKI seeks to make self-care more accessible, intuitive, and engaging for the digital generation.
Founded in 2024 by Michelle Ngiam, MEURAKI addresses what she describes as a long-standing gap in the wellness landscape: fragmented solutions that can feel overwhelming, especially for those navigating personal challenges like burnout or postpartum anxiety.
“We envision MEURAKI as a 360-degree lifestyle and wellness ecosystem — one that supports you across the seasons of life, one quest at a time,” said Ngiam. “We wanted to build a platform that feels like a trusted friend, a guide, and a safe space — something playful yet deeply purposeful.”
The Eight Wellness Portals
Each MEURAKI portal focuses on a specific pillar of well-being:
Mental Wellness — Tools for clarity, focus, and cognitive health, including reflective journaling, mindfulness exercises, and calming experiences.
Emotional Wellness — Guided activities to help users understand, express, and regulate emotions in a supportive environment.
Physical Wellness — Fitness routines, sleep insights, and practical tips for building healthy habits.
Social Wellness — Community challenges, shared goals, and digital empathy to foster meaningful connections.
Financial Wellness — Mindful spending and savings tips, plus guidance on developing healthier emotional relationships with money.
Occupational Wellness — Career satisfaction tools, including flow exercises, values mapping, and goal-setting resources.
Spiritual Wellness — Meditations, rituals, and nature-based reflections to help users find meaning and inner peace.
Environmental Wellness — Quests promoting sustainable living, eco-friendly habits, and mindful consumption.
A Collective Movement
Since its inception, MEURAKI has brought together over 50 homegrown and regional brands across fitness, F&B, fashion, and travel, all contributing to the platform’s digital features and physical activations. This growing network underscores a broader cultural shift in Singapore, where mental wellness, emotional literacy, and sustainability are increasingly seen as national priorities.
“We saw a gap for a wellness experience that speaks to people who love tech but also crave meaning and connection,” Michelle said. “MEURAKI is that bridge. It helps you pause, reflect, and re-centre — but in a way that feels modern, interactive, and uplifting.”
Wellness Online and Offline
The launch kicks off a calendar of immersive experiences across Singapore, starting with the Unity Garden pop-up at Jewel Changi Airport (8–10 August 2025). Open daily from 10am to 10pm at L2 East Gateway Garden, the installation will invite visitors to reflect on national identity, emotional well-being, and community values.
Later this year, MEURAKI will release its gamified wellness app (Q4 2025), which transforms personal growth into an interactive role-playing game. Users will explore story-driven worlds, collect symbolic “magical drops,” and battle in-game representations of their inner challenges. The app’s AI-powered 24/7 guide will offer personalised reflections, reminders, and encouragement.
The platform also features a curated marketplace of products, services, and experiences from partner brands, linking digital engagement to real-world action. Community challenges, social sharing, and offline pop-ups aim to create a seamless loop between virtual and physical wellness practices.
A Founder with Multi-Industry Experience
Michelle, a sociology graduate from the National University of Singapore, has spent more than a decade working across consultancy, corporate training, and financial advisory. She served as Senior Consultant at Verztec Consulting, worked in organisational robustness at Jacob Business Armour, and continues to hold her role as Executive Senior Financial Consultant with Great Eastern Financial Advisers.
Her professional background, combined with personal experience, shaped MEURAKI’s inclusive, tech-enabled model.
Looking Ahead
Over the next three years, MEURAKI plans to roll out new content portals and expand its partnerships across Southeast Asia. Future events will extend the gamified experience into regional cultural contexts, adapting the platform to diverse audiences while maintaining its core mission.
“Our aim is to inspire a new era of conscious, connected living,” said Michelle. “We want to make self-care something you look forward to — not just another task on your to-do list.”
