Hotel Indigo Singapore has introduced its free flow Sunday Brunch at Hotel Indigo Garden, a pet-friendly alfresco garden bar in the vibrant Katong neighbourhood.
Available every second and fourth Sunday of the month, diners are treated to a selection of Hotel Indigo Garden’s signature dishes, Aperol cocktails and house wines. A lively, elevated atmosphere with energetic beats, and bold, striking flavours make this the ideal Sunday hangout in the East.
An intimate garden just a stone’s throw from the bustling streets of Katong, diners can find respite in the comfort food and thirst quenchers served, complete with lounge chairs and sunshades for a laidback brunch.
Featuring a free flow ala-carte spread of mod-Asian dishes, diners can expect crowd favourites such as the Angus Cubes – Margaret River Angus from the Wok with Kompot black pepper and garlic chips; Chilli Crab Cake – crab meat croquette served with chilli crab dip and mantou chips; and Philly Cheese Steak Pita.
The usual suspects like Truffle Fries, Calamari, French Cheeses, Italian Cold Cuts and more will also be part of the thoughtfully curated spread.
For a spritzy brunch affair, diners can pair it with free flow house wines or the specialty Aperol cocktails such as The Classic – a tall glass of Aperol, prosecco and soda, The Two-One-Two – Aperol, tequila, lime juice and grapefruit juice, or the well-loved Aperol Spritz Mimosa – Aperol, orange juice and prosecco for a bubbly good time.
Aperol lovers will also delight in the range of refreshing Aperol cocktails available on the ala-carte cocktails menu including the Aperol Margarita, Rose Spritz and Wild Heart.
Hotel Indigo Garden’s free flow ala-carte Sunday Brunch is available every second and fourth Sunday of the month between 11.30am to 2.30pm, with the next brunch taking place on 26 June 2022. Diners are welcome to bring along their furry friends with no more than 2 small to medium-sized pets or 1 large-sized pet per table.
