SINGAPORE, NOVEMBER 18, 2025: The festive season is about to shine brighter than ever as Christmas Wonderland, Singapore’s largest and most anticipated year-end celebration, returns for its 12th edition with its biggest line-up to date. From 29 November 2025 to 1 January 2026, Gardens by the Bay will transform into a 30,000 sqm yuletide playground filled with spectacular installations, dazzling lights, and festive entertainment.
Presented by Trip.com and organised by Blue Sky Events, this year’s edition features over 40 attractions and 140 hours of entertainment, making it the most expansive Christmas Wonderland since its debut in 2014.
Flying Santa, Reindeer Quartet & a Giant Christmas Pyramid Premiere in Singapore
This year promises several firsts for Singapore’s festive season.
For the first time ever, visitors can witness Flying Santa soaring above The Meadow on his sleigh, accompanied by his reindeer in a magical aerial display presented by CMC Singapore. The breathtaking showcase will run up to four times daily.
Over at Reindeer Town, families can step inside a fully immersive, air-conditioned pavilion spanning 300 sqm. The experience includes five unique concept zones, meet-and-greets with Santa at his reindeer stable, and a whimsical reindeer quartet—another first for the festival.
Also making its local debut is the spectacular 16-metre Christmas Pyramid at the Supertree Grove. Inspired by German festive markets, the six-tiered rotating structure features charming characters such as elves, snowmen and gingerbread men.
Iconic Light Displays Return, Including a New Spalliera: “The Bridge of Time”
Christmas Wonderland continues its tradition of enchanting light displays, illuminated by more than 200,000 LED bulbs.
The star attraction remains the towering 20-metre Spalliera, handcrafted in Italy. This year’s design, The Bridge of Time, features nine luminarie arches leading into the central hexagonal installation—symbolising cherished memories, shared journeys and the ties that bind communities across generations.
Other returning favourites include:
* Enchanted Blooms — golden reindeer nestled among bright poinsettias
* Snowflake Avenue — a magical stretch of snowflake lights and projections
* Gingerbread Walk — life-sized gingerbread characters, candy canes and festive gnomes
* Coca-Cola Village also debuts this year, complete with a 4-metre-tall Coca-Cola Vending Tree and interactive stations for visitors of all ages.
Expanded Attractions, Carnival Rides, and Festive Entertainment
The 2025 edition introduces a larger fairground and a wider variety of family-friendly attractions. Visitors can enjoy:
* Italian Bumper Cars
* A European-style duplex carousel
* Classic carnival games such as Snowball Cannon, Ring Toss, and Fishy Fishy
* Festive performances including mascot appearances, flash mobs, and live music by local singer–songwriters
The crowd-favourite Blizzard Time will return, sprinkling magical “snowfall” three times every evening after Garden Rhapsody at the Supertree Grove.
And no festive night is complete without a stroll through Merry Lane, a 50-metre tunnel featuring over 50,000 LED lights choreographed to festive music.
A Celebration of Community, Tourism, and Joy
Guo Teyi, Director of Leisure Events at the Singapore Tourism Board, expressed confidence that this year’s expanded festival will further elevate Singapore’s holiday season.
“Christmas Wonderland remains one of Singapore’s signature festive experiences. With new elements at an even larger scale, the 2025 edition enhances Singapore’s vibrant leisure events calendar and brings cheer to both locals and international visitors,” he said.
Gardens by the Bay’s Senior Director of Programming, Linda Tay, highlighted the festival’s emotional significance: “The festive season is when family and friends come together. Being recognised by CNN Travel as one of the best Christmas markets globally speaks to Christmas Wonderland’s enduring appeal.”
Blue Sky Events Director Kevin Soh added: “We are excited to bring more surprises and new experiences this year. With strong support from our partners, visitors can enjoy our largest fairground since 2023 and create even more magical moments.”
