MOS Burger Express is a simplified MOS Burger concept outlet that offers an expanded menu of healthy food options; from salad cups to whole-meal croissants in addition to MOS Burger’s signature fish and teriyaki chicken burgers.
It is a grab-and-go concept which provides a healthy and fuss-free meal option for the busy professionals and anyone who simply enjoys fresh, good quality, healthy food choices!
Limited seat in capacity is available, should anyone decide to dine-in at MOS Burger Express, to enjoy their meal.
With the opening of its very first MOS Burger Express outlet in Singapore, MOS Burger Express will also be launching some of its exclusive NEW and innovative healthy creations such as the NEW croissants and salad cups!
MOS Burger Express will be introducing three NEW different whole-meal croissants:The Smoked Duck Whole-Meal Croissant, Crispy Chicken Whole-Meal Croissant and King Oyster Mushroom Whole-Meal Croissant. There is simply a whole-meal croissant choice for everyone!
Get ready to indulge in the Smoked Duck Whole-Meal Croissant (S$6.50) that contains the flavourful smoked duck meat layered with a generous amount of katsu sauce and mayonnaise! Enjoy that delightful crisp of the whole-meal croissant with all the fresh ingredients of Japanese cucumber and lettuce!
Chicken lovers will not be disappointed with the hearty Crispy Chicken Whole-Meal Croissant (S$6.50)! Stuffed with delicious, marinated chicken patty, topped with sliced red onions, shredded lettuce and layered with mayonnaise and a burst of thousand island dressing; this combi is set to bring you back for more!
And not forgetting the vegetarian lovers, MOS Burger Express unveils the King Oyster Mushroom Whole-Meal Croissant (S$6.00)!
Wrapped inside the whole-meal croissant are generous layers of coral green, king oyster mushroom, sliced red onions, red capsicum and refreshing Japanese cucumbers! And lastly topping it off with thousand-island dressing to keep it simple yet delicious!

For those always on the go but wanting something fast, convenient and healthy, MOS Burger Express has their salad cups to satisfy just that! The Chickpea Salad Cup, Smoked Duck Salad Cup and Quinoa Salad Cup, with each salad comes in either thousand island or Japanese dressing are available at S$5.50 each.
The Quinoa Salad Cup is filled with Quinoa, lettuce, red cabbage, chickpeas, coral green, and cherry tomatoes. Although similar, what makes the Chickpeas Salad Cup different from the Quinoa Salad Cup is that it contains kidney beans instead of coral greens! And lastly, for those who would prefer a bit of meat in their salads can go for the Smoked Duck Salad Cup!
