A celebrated stalwart in the Chinese fine dining scene for over two decades, Orchard Hotel Singapore’s signature restaurant Hua Ting was awarded Gold in The Straits Times and Lianhe Zaobao’s Best Asian Restaurants Awards.

In celebration of this prestigious award, Hua Ting’s master chef Lap Fai has created a 6-course Gold Award Celebration Set Menu.

Diners can feast on visual and culinary Cantonese masterpieces featuring Chilled Lobster Jelly topped with Salmon Roe, Aged Pu-Er Smoked Duck, Deep-fried Scallop Paste and Pear; Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup with Clam and Jade Spring Tea Leaves; Tiger Prawn, Crab Meat, Crab Roe and Shredded Ham in Egg White; Baked Sea Perch with Lemongrass; Braised South African Whole Abalone with Japanese Thin Udon in Superior Oyster Sauce; and Tangerine Steamed Egg.
