The epicurean journey continues with Tandoori Red Snapper, a prelude to the kaleidoscope of flavours to come. The dish features red snapper that is specially procured from the Malabar coast in India. For guests who opt for the vegetarian menu, savour Tandoori Gucchi Paneer, a hearty appetiser of Indian cottage cheese stuffed with marinated morrel mushroom.

Indulge in a charming medley of captivating main courses presented in the iconic tiffin box, including Methi Gosht which features a succulent saddle of lamb enhanced with dried fenugreek, spinach and fragrant spices; and Mahi Musallam, a classic which typically features chicken, chef’s take spotlights delicate Japanese sea bream accompanied with a rich almond and cashew nut gravy.

Murgh Dhansak, a Parsi signature dish featuring juicy boneless leg of chicken paired with sweet pineapple chunks and elevated with Indian spices, will also be made available.

Look forward to Chettinad Prawn Biryani, fluffy basmati rice layered with fresh prawns paired with refreshing notes from rose water, saffron, fresh mint and coriander leaves.

An equally enticing vegetarian Diwali menu awaits, including Gobhi Paneer Kofta, handcrafted cauliflower and Indian cheese dumplings enriched in a tomato and cashew nut gravy; Channa Saag, a classic chickpea curry in a mustard leaf gravy.
