Inspired by the romance of Italy, Publico Ristorante has unveiled a specially curated six-course Valentine’s Day menu, designed to encourage diners to Share the Love!
The newly-opened restaurant, which has recently been named one of the top 14 new global restaurants for 2018, serves authentic Italian cuisine with a contemporary twist. Perched on the banks of the Singapore River, Publico Ristorante is a discreet, sophisticated option for couples looking to celebrate in style.
Available for only one night, the sharing menu is priced at $98++ per person, and features an irresistible selection of classic Italian dishes. Starting with Buffalo Mozzarella with Smoked Avruga Caviar, loved-up duos will move onto Seabass Carpaccio and Homemade Raviolo. The fourth course allows diners to opt beween Slow Cooked Wagyu Shortribs and Branzino Sea Bream, whilst dessert includes sumptuous Strawberry, Prosecco & Ginger Sorbet and Publico’s signature Irresistible Tiramisu. All of this pairs perfectly with a glass of crisp prosecco, included within the set price.
The restaurant’s picturesque riverside setting and striking interiors, inspired by the piazzas dotted along Italy’s coastline, combine to create a truly romantic ambience. In addition to the set menu, Publico Ristorante will have a specially crafted evocative cocktail – Rosy Cheeks – which is sure to make lovers blush. It will be paired with special touches throughout the evening to ensure Valentines leave feeling full of amore!
For those still waiting to be struck by Cupid’s Bow, Publico Ristorante’s terrazza will be reserved for casual drinks and pizzas – the perfect antidote to the more intimate affair inside.
